8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products, order values and serviceable locations.

We reserve the right to contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS or other available communication channels to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Modern Casa may cancel or hold a COD order where confirmation cannot be obtained, information appears incorrect, or the transaction is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised.

COD availability may be modified, restricted or withdrawn for certain customers, products, locations or order values at our discretion where reasonably necessary.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines displayed or communicated by Modern Casa are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
